Flower is still the largest part of the menu at Nuna Harvest, and the part people ask about most in store. It is also the category where the choice is widest — different weights, different growers, and a dozen ways of describing the same jar. This page explains how the selection is organised so you can narrow it down before you order, whether you are picking up in Mount Vernon or having it delivered.

Start with the weight, not the strain
Most people start by looking for a strain name, which is the slowest way to shop. Start with how much you actually want, because that decides most of what you see next.
The flower menu runs from single-gram jars through the standard eighth (3.5g), quarter (7g) and half (14g), up to the full ounce (28g). Larger formats tend to come from growers who package in volume, so the choice of strains narrows as the weight goes up. If you want a specific named strain, the eighth is where the widest selection sits. If you want the best value per gram and are less attached to a particular cultivar, look at the ounces first.
There are also pre-ground and infused options under flower, which behave differently enough to be worth knowing about before you add them to a basket.
Indica, sativa and hybrid — what the labels do and don’t tell you
Every jar on the menu is tagged indica, sativa, hybrid, or a hybrid leaning one way or the other. It is the first filter most people reach for, and it is useful as a rough sort rather than a promise.
These are broad plant-type categories, not guarantees of a particular experience. People commonly report indica-labelled flower as the more settled end and sativa-labelled as the more active end, with hybrids somewhere between — but the same jar can read differently to two people, and the terpene profile often matters more than the label. Treat the tag as a starting point and the strain itself as the real detail.
If you want to go a level deeper, our strain guides cover individual cultivars in more detail than a menu tag can.
None of this is medical advice. If you have a health condition or take medication, speak to a clinician rather than relying on a product tag.
The growers on the shelf
The flower selection spans more than thirty brands at any given time, and it rotates as harvests land. Growers we have carried include Preferred Gardens, Wizard Trees, Connected, Rythm, Runtz, Tyson 2.0, Milkweed, Dolla Treez, Good Green, Smoakland, Rolling Green and Capicu Exotics, among others.
Because the lineup moves, the live menu is always the accurate list. If you tend to buy by grower rather than by strain, our brand guides are the faster route in.
How to narrow it down quickly
Pick the weight
Decide between a gram, an eighth or an ounce first. It cuts the list more than any other filter.
Sort by plant type
Indica, sativa or hybrid, as a rough sort rather than a rule.
Then look at the grower
If you have liked something before, the same grower is a safer bet than an unfamiliar strain name.
Ask if you are stuck
Our team handles this question all day. In store, just ask.
Pickup or delivery, same shelf
Flower is available both ways from one menu, so nothing is held back for in-store only. Delivery is free across Westchester County and the Bronx, most orders arrive within one to two hours, and the last delivery of the night arrives by 11 PM, seven days a week — an arrival time rather than an ordering deadline, so leave yourself that window if you want it tonight.
Whatever offers are running apply either way. Current deals and bundles are worth a look before you check out, since the bundle offer applies across the whole menu rather than to one category.

An eighth is 3.5 grams and a quarter is 7 grams — an eighth of an ounce and a quarter of an ounce respectively. The eighth is the most common format and carries the widest strain selection.
Adults 21 and over may purchase up to three ounces of cannabis flower per transaction under New York’s adult-use rules.
It is a broad generalisation rather than a rule. Those are plant-type categories, and people report a range of experiences within each. Use the label as a starting point, not a prediction.
Flower that has had concentrate added to it, usually by coating or mixing. It is a different product from standard flower and is listed separately on the menu.
